I WILL BELIEVE

Psalm 130:1-5 AMP

O LORD, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me. You know my downsitting and my uprising; You understand my thought afar off.  You sift and search out my path and my lying down, and You are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue [still unuttered], but, behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. You have beset me and shut me in–behind and before, and You have laid Your hand upon me.

LOVE CAME DOWN

If my heart is overwhelmed and I cannot hear Your voice

I’ll hold on to what is true though I cannot see

If the storms of live they come and the road ahead gets steep

I will lift these hands in faith I WILL BELIEVE

I remind myself of all that You’ve done

And the life I have because Your Son

§

Love came down and rescued me, Love came down and set me free

I am Yours I am forever Yours

Mountain high or valley low I sing out remind my soul

I am Yours I am forever Yours

The words above are from a song* I love and they SO speak to me.  When I’m overwhelmed with the struggle, the journey, the “stuck” place that I find myself, I must change my focus back to God for the answer.  He hasn’t changed, I have.  Any confusion doesn’t come from Him either.  My answer is in Him.  The solution I’m looking for is found in Him.  The path is formed and fashioned just for me…in Him.  I want His path, His solution, His answer.

I’m writing this short, yet honest post, abandoning myself again to His process.  I am reminding myself of what God has done and how far I’ve come.  Staying desperate for you God and humbled at your feet…  This is my “place” today.  Though the battle rages in my soul, I take authority and…

I WILL BELIEVE!

Are you overwhelmed too?  Take heart then, because He knows all about it.  Join me ~ remind your soul that God sees you; His hand is upon you too, drawing you close.  We can make it!  FOCUS!

More on this to come…
